I decided to give this restaurant another chance after my first visit, where the staff refused to make pepperoni pretzels during the day. I returned another time and found the experience to be quite disappointing. The level of professionalism is extremely low; there was a guy sitting on the countertop, and the employees were unnecessarily rude. It’s clear they need some serious customer service training. I won’t be coming back, especially since there are other pretzel shops that truly value their customers!

The staff at this restaurant are quite unpleasant. During my visit, I noticed employees playing with the dough and then using it for customer orders. They were cross-contaminating while wearing gloves. I've consistently had issues with the same employee. I believe they should be removed from their position.

The assistant manager was quite rude when I asked a few questions. I reached out to the manager about my experience, and I don't plan on returning as long as she is working there. From what I've heard, this seems to be her usual behavior. My boyfriend had to order my pretzels for me, and after we received our food, the assistant manager made a sarcastic comment, saying "enjoy," as if she had done something special with my meal.
