the eating and service five stars, the atmosphere was that of a moe’s so I guess it wasn’t the worse...they rebuilt a few days after I was supposed to have been replaced there perhaps the already perfectly sufficient equipment, but what the place really needs is a roof top borrito terrace to overlook the small greensboro skyline. food: 5/5 View all feedback.

I went to Moe's for the second time and the staff went above and beyond to make my experience amazing. They gave me free queso and two sets of chips to take with me. I had set up the app before arriving and while I couldn't use all the features, everything went smoothly. I will definitely be returning to this location. They really kept it up.
I had an issue with my order where they did not have the protein I requested, and then they delivered the wrong meal. However, the manager, Melissa, personally called me to apologize for the mistake and assured me that I would receive a full refund and a reward in my account. The customer service was outstanding.
I absolutely love this restaurant. The staff here are consistently friendly and the food is delicious, always made fresh to order.
I like Moe's in general, but this one has disappointed the last few times I left. Last time, half of the AC dripping. This time, the workspace for food preparation was covered with food. The food was also surprisingly dry and bland.
Order my food by phone, always fresh on arrival ready. Friendly staff and food is always made to cut fresh ingredients and meat while in the shop... love it.
