I am not from this area and I found this restaurant to be excellent. The staff were all very welcoming and the food was delicious. This is definitely a step up from the typical chain sandwich shops. The variety of soda options was also impressive and added to the overall dining experience. I will definitely be returning to eat here again the next time I visit. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Jersey Mike's Subs:
The food was good, but the service was terrible. I placed a mobile order and when I arrived to pick it up, they had only made one hot sub and I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for the second one to be made. By the time the second sub was ready, the first one had gotten cold. There was no apology or explanation for the delay. I will not be returning to this restaurant. View all feedback.

I had an amazing experience at the restaurant. The staff was excellent and I had a great time working with them on the Jersey Mike's Day of Giving, which benefited Second Harvest Food Bank of Northwest NC.
This restaurant is like an upscale version of Subway. I tried the club sub and it was delicious. The soft wheat bread was paired with fresh, high-quality ingredients.
The subs were tasty, but I had to wait 30 minutes for mine even though I was the fourth person in line. I watched six people order after me, receive their food, and leave before I got mine.
