Ihop - Greensboro

We were looking for a tasty lunch, and IHOP did not disappoint. I ordered the Monster Burger with fries, while my mom had the classic pancakes. We had no complaints whatsoever. The service was quick and friendly, just as it should be.

The Saturday morning team on March 5, 2022, was fantastic. They appeared to be somewhat understaffed, yet they maintained a professional, courteous, and understanding attitude towards customers who were expressing their concerns. While there were indeed long wait times, it's important to recognize that the hostess and wait staff could do little to address it. The food was delicious, the coffee was abundant, the atmosphere was comfortable, and my table was clean. If you're willing to be patient, it's worth the visit; otherwise, you might as well stay home and cook for yourself.

The staff at this restaurant are incredibly friendly, making the experience very enjoyable. The food was exceptional, and the toppings were excellent. The chocolate chip pancakes are always a highlight and bring a smile to my face whenever I visit.

The food was excellent, especially the rice, corn, and steak tips. The customer service was also outstanding! However, we experienced an unexpected delay and had to wait longer than usual to be seated. Considering the size of the restaurant, it seems unreasonable to encounter any issues with seating even a small number of guests. Nevertheless, our waitress and the hostess who seated us were fantastic!

The manager, Robin, was very approachable, and our waitress, Kristina, took great care of our party of 18, serving us promptly. While understaffing is a common challenge these days, the staff was incredibly kind and pleasant. The food was excellent as well.
