Fuji Sushi Restaurant - Greensboro

Edited: I checked this place 6 months ago and wanted to come back to say it's still a great place to eat when my husband and I saw a bad rating for them placed a week ago claiming that they had shots, but there's nothing in the photos to show that it's this restorer and not another restaurant, how could this guy Jimmy have such tight photos, but nothing to show it is Fuji and not somewhere else? The photos have Jalenpenos and Burritos, which seems a little suspicious especially if they had no other reviews. Every time I ate her hibachi, I couldn't finish it and their to-go containers are, and always was black, not white. We've been here for over a year, and the service and food are always superior. My husband usually gets the lobster dragon role and another role, he's never disappointed. I always order the Steak Hibachi and it's top animal. Of all the Hibachi I had in other restaurants, I always miss this Hibachi when we eat somewhere else. You will be disappointed everywhere if you have it here. The sauce in which they cook is very savory and meets the place. The vegetables are tender and not boiled, nor cooked. Rice is great. The mushroom soup is always wonderful and hot. I wish I remember taking photos of our food before we eat it, but if it's in front of me, I'll tear it up! Thanks to the Sushi kitchen, chefs and waiting staff. Thank you for the work, love and passion you do in what you do, it is seen and appreciated a lot.

This place was amazing. The atmosphere was nice, the server was so fast to bring food and the food was delicious!!! I have the spicy tuna reel and chickens hibachi. Very recommended.

We ordered sushi so we can take it back to our hotel. We tried 4 different (speciality and cooked) reels and enjoyed them all. It seemed to us to be expensive, but perhaps this is only the area where it was, and the prices are different than what we used to be. Enjoyed the sushi and we would definitely eat again here.

Cosy and quiet atmosphere. Not crowded when we left. Service was very good. Many sushi choices. Friend with me ordered soup with shrimps came on plate with tempura fried shrimps and onion and vege. I ordered chickens and Steak Hibachi Combo. This came with a small bowl of salad and a cup of onion soup. And a cogbo plate of chicken and steak and vegetables with fried rice. Portions were smaller than if we had gone to a place of Habachi. Meat is delicate and tasteful. Vegetable portion ran out of my meat. Rice was okay, but not seen and vegetables in rice. Only roasted rice. Nothing to write. The prices were much higher than taken out. We paid for the atmosphere and a dinner. Don't think I'd go back. If they have other lower prices Hibachi Grills nearby,by. For people who like sushi, this is the place.

Really good sushi and our server was great. Took a little time to get our sushi but we had 9 rolls and 2 orders of sushi. Only real issue we had is they only have sodium-free soy sauce for my health and I prefer to make my own decisions for my health.
