Dunkin' - Greensboro

Anne was great because it was just her and a new fellow worker! dunkin recognizes and appreciates the ZWO employees who were on a 4th juli holiday. very short staff, but still managed to provide customer service with a smile!

Line took too long, when we finally got to order my husband asked for a large hot caramel macchiato and the lady asked if he wanted flavor and he said “Caramel”.. after a lengthy wait, my husband still did not received what he asked as it was rang up wrong even after being told 3 times he wanted CARAMEL. Our croissants were also stale and tasted like they had been sitting a while. I’m a regular Dunkin’ customer and my experience at this specific location was anything but worth the detour on the way home.

Very fast service. fresh donuts. nice personal. clean dining room.

The donuts were dry. the filled cream had hardly any icing. the maple sugar bacon croissant was dry and together as if someone tries to make it look as it did. bad effort, bad performance, bad experience. the coffee was good.

We went to dunkin' donuts on east chester after we were after the church east chester. they had no glazed donuts, nor had they fertilized or lemon filled donuts. it is ridiculous that after the church they do not have a lot of donuts to choose. when they sell so many early in the morning, they must be prepared immediately so that there is a lot for the people who go after the church. So we made a cup of coffee close. I will not return to this place. I am very disappointed by this place. I live near, but had to drive more than six miles away.
