We headed out to the Wet and Wild Water Park for round 3 since we have season passes. Before stopping there we went to The Cookout and ordered through their drive through. The customer service was polite. The meals we given in a timely manner. The combos were all at good prices and the food was all devoured. The cup sizes for their combos were pretty big and a pleasant surprise on a very hot summer's day. I'd do back... View all feedback.
What Maria Mills doesn't like about Cook Out:
There is a long wait time just to order your food. They do ask what you ordered when you get to the window. It's just a long wait. If you have the time then this is a great place to go.Parking: Parking is difficult. There are two lanes for ordering food so it blocks parking. View all feedback.

One of the oldest and best Cook Outs around. This place is also ran by one of the best Managers and Team Builders I have ever seen. Tell Mark I sent you!!!
Okkkkk so y’all know cookout be slacking lol. but today they surprised me. all i got was a ranch wrap, tea and cheerwine float. so i bit into that ranch wrap and boy i had to throw the cooling system on it was so hot lol. then i went to wash it down, the tea was BUSSIN. theeennnn they gave me more ice cream than cheerwine. whoever the day shift for today is, need a raise. the little bit i had was together.
This time we ordered two burgers, a hot dog, fries and a shake.
The busiest intersection on NC finally had a Cookout! This Wendover location is a bit off the beaten path in the retail jungle of shops, but well worth
