Thank you, Chili's! Zaxby's and Red Robin turned down my to-go order because it was just 30 minutes before closing, claiming their staff was too lazy to help. But you welcomed my order without any issues. The food was fantastic, and the wait staff was very friendly. It's no wonder your parking lot is always busy while Zaxby's and Red Robin seem deserted. My wife and I went out for dinner and I had hoped to enjoy a frozen drink, but unfortunately, the blender was out of order. I ordered wings, while she opted for the smokehouse trio. I arrived at the restaurant around 8:05 PM on a Thursday evening with a group of four. We had a brief wait before a welcoming host seated us promptly.
I was dining with one other person. Upon our arrival, we were not greeted and left feeling watched until I broke the silence. The hostess then led us to our table without saying a word.
I visited Chili's for dinner today, and from the moment we were seated until we left, our server Iyanna was incredibly sweet and amazing! She recommended some drinks that were excellent, and our Queso dip was fantastic! Our steaks were cooked to perfection, and we finished our meal with a delightful dessert. I will definitely return to Chili's! Thank you, Iyanna, for making our evening so enjoyable!
The service was excellent and the food was satisfactory, but cleanliness is an issue for this restaurant. A simple magic eraser could make a big difference. The backrests of the booths were marked with dried food stains, and the wall next to the server’s POS system was quite unappealing. If the staff is washing their hands regularly, that should be reflected in the cleanliness of the surroundings. Right now, it suggests otherwise.
