Chick-fil-a - Greensboro

Excellent food and friendly staff! While the drive-thru wait times can be frustrating, parking and going inside results in a much quicker experience. The food is consistently good, just like at any other location, which is a great asset in the fast food industry. This location is somewhat less crowded than others, making it a great choice if you're short on time. I would definitely recommend it over many other options in the area. Plus, the sweet tea is exceptional every time!

I walked in at 7:00 PM on Saturday, December 3rd. The staff seemed more focused on giggling about a disgruntled customer who had just gone through the drive-thru than on taking my order. The line of cars was wrapped around the building, yet I was the only person waiting inside. When they finally got around to taking my order, they messed it up. They barely even looked at me while taking my order, which was incredibly frustrating. It felt like I was bothering them by trying to place an order at their restaurant.

The customer service is attentive and strives to meet customers' expectations. However, there’s a need for improved organization, as things can feel a bit chaotic at times. You should expect to wait at least 10 to 15 minutes for your pickup order most of the time. Despite this, it’s definitely the best Chick-fil-A location in Greensboro!

This location is not my favorite. I think they should rethink having the doors open all of the time. Ordered a salad had a fly inside the salad container, twice now! Some items doesn?t seem to be available at this location when i order from the app..otherthan that its okay.

This Chick fil A has the worst customer service out of all the chick-fil-A's I've been to. I went to order some simple fries and was in the drive thru for over 15 mins and had to leave because I was way over my break and when I returned in person, it tooksomeone over 5 mins just to acknowledge me and then it took the cashier an extra 10 mins just to find my order when I gave themthe exact time that I came through drive thru and I even showed them my transaction on my bank and no one ever apologized oranything. And when you try to call the store it doesn't go through so I guess they have their phone turned off. Terriblecustomer service!
