Great customer service by shift leader and young man who filled pop when we ordered. Refills we stood and got starred at ??? But the shift leader came through !!! She knows how to take care of customers. There were several standing behind counter not sure their job but a refill should be an easy train. Food was good. Sho uld be 10 stars for the crew lead young lady. View all feedback.

Slow process to throttle the line could also make your own breakfast. I ordered the protein grill as it is quite low and tastes decent. But 30 minutes could wait one even in less time. View all feedback.

Great customer service by shift leader and young man who filled pop when we ordered. Refills in which we stood and in the stars?? But the ladder came through!!! She knows how to handle customers. There were several standing behind the counter not sure their work, but a refill should be a simple train. The food was good. Sho could be 10 stars for the crew lead young lady.
I know they're busy and short-circuited, I've been working for years, I know it hard. But today my worst Chick-fil-A experience had been. I waited behind 1 car for 20 minutes before my order was even taken (I don't know if it was a big order or their card didn't work) I was patient. I'll go through the line 15 minutes later and they'll ask me to go up and park so they can bring me my food later, wait another 15 minutes. I ordered a cool package that is prefabricated and cooled, friends who worked there, that told me. It was a duck. After 45 minutes waiting patiently by a drive thru, I get cold frits and they forgot my avocado lime ranch for dry cool packaging. I was honest about my day. Let's not go back to this place.
On the other day, I did some door dash and started to feel light while waiting for my order. When I tried to get into my car with my command, I went out for a few seconds. I dropped both drinks and food on the concrete, scraped my arm and everything. I was super embarrassed, I really tried to get up and get to my car. The cashier ran to check me, offered me new drinks for my order and asked if I needed water or anything. The manager came out quickly with orange juice and a sandwich for me. They made sure I was good and beat that I was staying out there until I felt good again. I say all this to say Chic Fil A customer service is amazing. I wish I had got the names of the employees who helped me, but I was so easy that everything blurred. I'll remember you forever. Thank you.
This is the EASIEST PROCESS EVER!!! I used the app to order $55 worth of food for my hubby and his coworkers. I sat on my couch and accurately inputted the order. I left my home and drove to this Chick-fil-A location and when I arrived I clicked ?I?m Here?. I walked inside and waited 4 minutes. She handed me my order and I was on my way. It was the most effective and efficient method I have ever been apart of. 5 STARS!!!! Out of the world EASY!!! Plus who doesn?t love Chick-fil-A!!! Chicken sandwiches are to die for!! Sauce; I?m in heaven
