Applebee's Grill - Greensboro

I wish other restaurants around here would have as good customer service as this place. I got a prime rib dip from them to go and when I got home noticed the dip was not in the box so I called them and the person who answered the phone immediately offered to remake the entire thing and throw in some extras for free with no hassling and no fighting and no jumping through hoops. It was quite a relief to find a business that is non-confrontational when they messed something up.

Bartender was our server and he was absolutely fantastic. They were clearly under staffed but they were handling it exceptionally well. We had a table of five and he never missed a beat! Make the stop!

Oh gosh the food I had was so delicious . It was after 9pm and the food looked so good I didn't even take a picture. I should have but we will definitely be returning!!

My burger was pulled through. It was pink and almost raw. As soon as I unpacked it at home, I had to cook the burger by the way I specified it. I specifically asked for NO PINK on the burger and got the complete opposite and I had to send the frits back as soon as I got on the board, as everything else was hot, except the frits. So unacceptable. This place must be better! Update: the manager reached, excused, gave us free vouchers and a refund for my original memory. Thank you for doing it right. She said she would pass this mistake with the team, glad that this problem was solved.

Great food and drinks!! Customer service was also wonderful. Good selling on drinks!
