Amoroso's Bakery #2 - Greensboro

I am looking for Chris and Ralph. The customer experience has become terrible. Our families have been coming to this bakery for years, and it has been our go-to spot for all special occasions. Even after the HP site closed, we had no issue driving to Hunt Club. However, our recent pickup orders have been unpleasant and filled with arrogance. While we understand that there may be personal issues, the lack of communication and professionalism when we call the location has made the experience terrible, regardless of how delicious their products are. We hope the bakery can return to its previous state. We miss the original Amoroso feeling! It would be appreciated if someone other than Ashley could communicate with customers. She claims to be a manager when we request to speak to one, but her behavior does not reflect that. Good job to all the other staff members who are working through these challenging times.

I hired Amoroso to make my wedding cake and I couldn't be happier! Every flavor we tried during our cake tasting was absolutely delicious, and we were thrilled to be able to choose three different flavors. Meredith was easy to contact and very attentive to any questions or concerns I had. Overall, Amoroso's did a fantastic job!

This is not the first time I have had issues with the Amoroso family's bakeries, as I had a similar experience at Cheesecakes by Alex in the past. Both establishments seem to lack proper organization when it comes to custom orders, which is extremely frustrating as a customer. I would not recommend ordering from either Amoroso Bakery or Cheesecakes by Alex for special occasions, as their lack of attention to detail and customer service is concerning. While they may have beautifully decorated cakes in their window displays, their lack of care for custom orders is a major disappointment.

I have this place! They always have tasty tasty and are never excessively busy or crowded. coffee is well done. the personal is friendly. I would recommend the magic bars!

Ordered scones one day, picked up the next. Picked them based on other reviews. If the scones are any indication of the quality of other baked goods, I would never use them again. These were, by far, the worst scones, if that's what you want to call them, I've ever had. Dry texture, almost bitter tasting. All the sweetness was icing and sugar sprinkled on the top. Scones aren't normally very sweet and that's why we like them but these did not have much flavor at all except for bitterness. Will never try other items based on this experience. Very disappointed
