Toppers Pizza - Greenfield

I am giving Toppers 4 stars because I have noticed that lately they have been giving more crust than toppings on their pizzas. The manager, Samuel, was very helpful when I called to report an issue with our order. I appreciate his understanding and how sweet and helpful he was in resolving the problem. Thank you, Samuel.

The service was excellent, the wait times were short, and the food was delicious!

I have always ordered from this restaurant and received great service. However, the last three times I have tried to order, I have been put on hold for 10-25 minutes, and no one ever returns to the line. The first two times, I assumed it was just a busy night and went elsewhere for food, but three times in a row is now becoming excessive.

The service at Toppers is always top-notch. Although they made a mistake with my pizza, they quickly fixed it to my satisfaction. I appreciate their customer-oriented approach. Although I didn't catch the name of the woman who assisted me, she handled the situation well. Toppers remains my go-to spot for delicious pizza.

The food is of excellent quality and the service is fast. I will definitely be returning!
