Excellent service, Shane and Ron were working faster and harder than I have ever seen at a subway. They both were very professional and friendly. Food was the best we have had from subway. They got my order wrong, screwed up my sandwich, gave me the wrong meat , when I asked for a refund, the manager was beyond disrespectful can't count, when I brought it to her attention she had the nerve to hang up on me.....??who in hell hired her, very sad poor professionality, RIDICULOUS REALLY!!!?????? My wait time till I actually got 1 sandwich and walked out of the door was 30 minutes! Btw there’s so many *FOOD SAFETY VIOLATIONS*in that place! They don’t change out the bins that hold the food in the cooler they just dump the new portioned food into the old bin that sits on the line, NO DATES WRITTEN ON ANY BINS THAT HOLD FOOD !!!! The old guy, in front of me, dumped new lettuce straight from THE BAG into the old,dirty,brown lettuce caked on the sides bin. That’s just 1 thing I’m writing about,there’s more. I’m completely disgusted and disappointed by the lack of cleanliness and standards in which these people hold themselves to! I will NEveR be coming back here! I hope an inspection happens randomly and you get audited!To the owner,Please look into the upkeep, cleanliness of your store and learn the daily habits of your employees while they work in your store. If you don’t it will come back around to you. Being a neglectful owner does not lead to a profitable business. Put money and time back into your business and you will see success!As for my sandwich, I ordered a foot long, the sandwich is supposed to be cut in half and when I opened the wrapping I realized that the old guy didn’t even cut my sandwich in half! The lettuce did not have a good texture it was slimy and had many brown pieces in it. The bread was not cooked properly! It looked like they burnt a batch and the other was not cooked long enough.
I went to 76th Howard had terrible seevice from Germine she was rude and not friendly I was asking questions about app will not be back I can go anywhere !! I didn't deserve to be treated like that!! You just lost a good customer
Great subway location. Fast friendly team of workers. They are worth the extra drive. They honor coupons and don't put additional restrictions on what subs you can use them on. Bread is super fresh and portion sizes are ample.
