Subway - Greenfield

Pulled in to get food and the guy that was waiting inside to take our order was watching us through the window and when we didn’t come inside immediately he got impatient after about 3 minutes and ripped off his gloves and stormed to the back to complain and talk to his coworkers and sip on his drink. this made me not want to get food here after because i didn’t like his attitude

New ownership has allowed this pace to get dirty and gross. I hate when a staff starts closing their food line way before closing, letting their one remaining utensil get nasty, cutting board already in the sink, etc. if you’re open until the end of the hour, don’t shut things down 1/2 hour before. I used to be a card-carrying Subway customer due to this shop. No more. It’s become really dirty and the new staff is nothing like the old staff.

I always have gotten great service and food here....very clean place and always fresh food

I can personally say that they need to hire more upbeat people and he needs to stop firing all his good employees because they slack off once and a wile well maybe if you paid the good employees better then maybe they wouldn’t mind picking up the slack of all the under aged girls he hires I worked there and I can tell you right now when I worked there 3 people tops were over 18 and I was one of them so all these kids would do is play on there phones and complain about school drama wile I would bust my a to pick up the slack but when I slacked off because he was paying me the same as them some of the he paid more I’m the lazy one like half the time those kids didn’t wear gloves when prepping food in the back so yeah wouldn’t recommend eating any of the veggies just saying

Besides not putting Sriracha sauce on one of the sandwiches they also put the wrong cheese on it, then on the other one I never got any cheese! Not happy!
