Have been getting my noodles from this location since 2014 or earlier, within the last year management has changed and quality of service has gone way down. Including incorrect food and bad quality. Today I had a small fly or ant my food which I havepictures, the owner/ manager said we don?t have bugs and there?s no flies in this restaurant. There are bugs everywhere and I dounderstand Mistakes happen but no apology is ridiculous.
Food fast. Service wonderful. sigh I just miss some of the old menu items. The soup is boring. Why just tomato and chicken noodle? Why get rid of the beef stroganoff?
Great location. The staff were very friendly and service was exceptional. My Japanese pan fried noodle craving was taken care of within 5 minutes. The execution of the dish was perfect. Right amount of each ingredient and cooked correctly. I've been to afew stores that forget the carrots or broccoli or mushroom or cilantro. I now know which store will be my go-to from now onwhen traveling through the area. Thanks folks.
Unlike many restaurants, this locations customer service and food has improved over the pandemic. Food is good, safe is friendly, restaurant is clean. Keep it up!
I haven?t been at this location in awhile and I usually really like the food and service but, this time was not it. When we first walked in there was nobody at the register to take orders so people were literally walking out. The woman who was workingat the resister was clearly flustered and could not keep up. My daughter ordered kids Mac and cheese, and there was a hair ontop of it. Her diced apples were brown and mushy as well. My husband ordered spicy Korean beef noodles and there was so muchsauce that it overpowered the dish. My Japanese pan noodles were so mushy and I asked for no meat but, there was steak in it.Won?t be coming back
