Factor in waiting to get to the speaker it was over 45 minutes during what should be dinner rush. There was no rush, there was no fast in this food. The food tasted good, and customer service was ok which is only reason its not a 1 star review.

I literally only know this woman fro... read more This morning my son and I walked to order our food like we do every Saturday. We overheard the manager belittling Ms. Judy. I literally only know this woman from going in on Saturdays. Ms. Judy knows our order and many others as soon as we walk in the door. From what the conversation sounded, other workers are not doing their jobs leaving up to the first shift to get the work done. Then the first shift is reprimanded for not having everything done. Have respect for your employees, pull them into the office and close the door. It's highly disrespectful to the employee and customers for management to have any form of work related conversation in the open, when it deals with this type of issue. Ms. Judy is part of the reason many people go there, her personality gives a happy morning smile. Corporate needs to step in, if this is how management treats their employees.

They are all very friendly, and the food is cons... read more I visit Hardee's occasionally, and I'm always impressed by the staff—Autumn, Whitney, Marty, Brandon, and John. They are all very friendly, and the food is consistently hot and delicious. The restaurant is always clean, and the atmosphere is welcoming and cheerful.
