Whenever my mother and I visit The Silo, we are always impressed by the excellent customer service, welcoming staff, and relaxing ambiance. We highly recommend trying the Clams, Beef Medallions, and Local Shitake Mushrooms in a delicious creamy Marsala sauce from the specials menu. Overall, it was truly an outstanding dining experience! What Colleen Deckow doesn't like about The Silo Restaurant:
they did not have our reservation in the system. (surprised to have found them even on open table) they have sat so to us. eating was good, the buffet menu was questionable. $40 for a buffet is a bit much! and then to add gratity automatically for 2 people seems a bit ridiculous too. the service was good but how it was eating. Eating on the buffet was good, presentation could have been better and make sure that the items were properly refilled.
This place was suggested by a friend and now I think he owes me money for this terrible experience. that was terrible. the dining areas were very dirty. the salatable was the driven zone of 42 degrees. the carver disappeared again and again to smoke. my stuffed squid duck was only slightly warm and muddy and tasted frozen. the burger of my wife was overcooked and had branded on the floor of the patty. the other six people we all had had the seafood buffet and none of them also enjoyed the experience. no choice. all covered with engraving or a kind of sauce. we were on many seafood and at $33.00 per head I would expect more than 15 seafood. myrtle beach has captain georges at 28.99 and has over 200 items. All.seafood not covered with serious. they don't waste time or money for this place if they want one. drive to the top of a mountain and carry a snack. the lookout here is not the cost of the deep-cooling value. bauernhof raised.mushy eating.

Easily accessible, the restaurant offered a menu with all the classic surf, turf, and chicken dishes. My wife ordered the NY strip steak and I had the scampi. She enjoyed her meal, noting that it was well-cooked and seasoned. My scampi was loaded with garlic and the shrimp were cooked perfectly. The salad bar exceeded our expectations, offering a variety of options. Although we didn't order drinks, the prices were reasonable and the beer selection was decent. My wife particularly liked the carrot cake dessert, mentioning that it was generously frosted. The prices were affordable considering the quality of the food, likely influenced by the restaurant's location and supply chain. Overall, we had a pleasant dining experience and plan to return.
