I stopped by Casey's this morning around 4:10 AM, but the lights were off when I arrived. I rolled in slowly and turned off my headlights to give them a moment. They saw me, turned the lights on, and unlocked the door. However, as I entered, I overheard one of the ladies say something inappropriate about me. I understand everyone can have a bad day, but if you’re going to speak negatively about customers, do it when they’re not around—or consider finding a different job. Casey’s usually opens at 4 AM, and I typically have a great experience, but today was just disappointing.
The service and quality at Casey's deli were very disappointing. I ordered two different sub sandwiches, and both tasted poor. I've tried multiple times but haven't had a better experience. Next time, I’ll drive 15 miles to a different Casey's location.
I ordered breadsticks for lunch and picked them up, only to discover they were cold, a bit stale, and only four of them had cheese. They frequently make mistakes with my pizzas as well. The store manager really needs to work on improving the quality of their service.
The bread on the sub was very tough, and it didn't match what I requested in my online order. I suggest checking out Blacksheep Baa or Freeze Frame instead. They have much better food and customer service, and they genuinely care about their customers.
