Went to the Mrs. Fields in South ridge Mall yesterday and even though I love the cookies, the customer service from the young girl with the glasses was terrible. I didn't even eat the cookies I bought, I was so turned off by her attitude. Her face was frowned, she appeared so negative, her attitude was just nasty. I just hate it when people ruin what's suppose to be a positive experience with they're negativity. View all feedback.

The best cookies ever!! The cookies served are very soft and savoury!!
The best bakery it has variety of options and the staff is very polite and kind I suggest everyone to go there .
Extremely rude man, besides the thick accent which makes it hard to communicate, he was calling security because i didn’t want my yogurt anymore (tasted funny), pretty much forcing me to buy it
Bummer, this is the only Mrs' Fields in my location. They used to have nice cookies. I don't know what happened to their recipe. Cookies are a lot harder. Brownies aren't that great either. Staff does help you quickly.
