Only 1 star because I pulled in to park tractor trailer they have about 20 to 25 spots to park and 7 spots where taken by drop trailers I said something to the... read more Only 1 star because I pulled in to park tractor trailer they have about 20 to 25 spots to park and 7 spots where taken by drop trailers I said something to the young lady behind counter and she told me so what go somewhere else and do my business and I had just ordered about $15 worth of food and got 4 1 liters of coke I walked out left the cokes and meal ticket sitting on counter and she told me I had to pay for the food and I told her no I don't that she told me to take my business elsewhere and that is what I'm doing I know I won't stop in there again with employees with attitude like hers and allow drivers to drop trailers on lot and bobtail home this was 10/20/2024 at 3:45 pm

The bathroom had... read more The experience was terrible. When I ordered my food I went to the bathroom and I saw sheets worker not even wash his hands after taking a dump. The bathroom had poop water all over the ground . I slipped and hit my head because they didn't put a sign up. Then when I finally got my food I went to go sit down and I open the bag. And then I saw a dead rat in my sandwich.

After ordering it through the drive through and sitting in... read more I ordered the 2 protein platter with a spicy chicken patty, boneless bites, fries and Mac and cheese. After ordering it through the drive through and sitting in the drive through for 5 minutes as they glanced at me and then looked away, I went inside and found my order in the to go rack despite ordering for pick up in the drive through. The room temperature food wasn’t even what I ordered. I got a few cut up pieces of maybe spicy chicken that tasted like it was cooked yesterday and looked like it would go on a salad, about 5 boneless bites, and fries. The Mac and cheese would be acceptable if I was xxxl and used to consuming 50g of saturated fat per meal, as it was about 80% cheese and 20% noodles. Absolute garbage, didn’t even eat that. The meal was $11.50 after tax and it wasn’t remotely close to what I was looking for. I’ve ordered this plenty of times in the past, except the Mac and cheese, and it was fine. This time, garbage. Honestly I should get a refund if their app has the ability to send this.
