Pizza Hut - Greencastle

I like the bread ticks and the pizza is always great and the dessert here is also good

The waitress was excellent. Fast service. For the first time I could ask for a beer and someone can serve me.

Despite being short staffed, my local Pizza Hut always delivers my order quickly and correctly. The pizza is hot and delicious every time, and the staff is friendly. Only twice have I had in issue with my order. Once, I waited what felt like forever but was really about an hour. When it did arrive, it was after business hours, and the driver was very apologetic. He was the only driver, and the store was very busy but made sure each order was made and delivered. They gave me a coupon for a free pizza. The other time I receive one correct pizza and one incorrect pizza. I called the store, and they were again very apologetic and gave me a coupon for a free pizza. While I appreciate the coupons, my decision to continue to order from my local store will not change. I appreciate the friendliness and willingness to make things right if there is an issue even more than a free item. I LOVE MY LOCAL PIZZA HUT!!!!

This place has improved enormously! It has been rebuilt and now has new management. It is amazing how much different the din is in experience. I used to have my review on a star due to terrible managements, a very common lady who was terrible for her employees, and a very tasty dining area! If this place had not been appalled, I would never have gone back! After I heard about rebuilding and new management, my family decided to try. We were very concerned! My family now returns at least once a month, if not anymore. And the food is great! Whoever runs the place now makes a fantastic job! Well done!
