He even threatened to call the police if I didn't leave.... read more The manager informed me that they couldn't issue a refund and insisted that I take food I didn't order. He even threatened to call the police if I didn't leave. This KFC was the worst experience I've ever had, and it’s a shame that Greencastle has a business that essentially steals money from customers. I didn't receive my original order at all.

And just so you know, I'm from Kentucky. I wouldn't even think of doing a delivery dance for the delivery person. Mom and my dinners were over 9.00 each and no cookies included. We were both very disappointed. Reallylooking forward to this meal. Service was fast for food unedible.
