The food was average—not awful, but certainly not great. On the plus side, there was plenty of free parking available. Dear Ruby Tuesday, it's time for an update. Please refresh your online and in-house menus to reflect current offerings. Additionally, consider removing the tarp table coverings, improving the lighting, and addressing the grease buildup on the floors and walls in the dining area. It would also be helpful to hire more servers. Overall, a significant upgrade is needed to restore the charm of Ruby Tuesday.

The system for managing takeout orders is poorly monitored, leading to customers who dine in being prioritized over those picking up orders. Those customers often have difficulty placing their orders, and it's not until the driver leaves that they become aware of the takeout situation. Additionally, the tracking devices provide alerts when the driver arrives at the restaurant, but this is often ignored. The restaurant owners need to address this issue urgently; otherwise, they should reconsider their takeout services altogether.

The men's room was pretty beat up in particular it looks like someone took a hammer to the old corroded faucet, with split metal. The salad bar was relatively fresh, but the toppings were pretty basic middle of the road stuff. I got a bacon cheeseburger with tots. The burger was just OK, but the tots were mostly air and a bit oily. The service was friendly and efficient, but there were probably only a half dozen customers at that hour. Pretty unexceptional. There are better options in the area, so I doubt I'll be coming back.
