I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. The service was slow, and I encountered a rude elderly lady who served other customers their coffees before attending to me, even though I had been waiting first. It's frustrating to be overlooked like that. If management wishes to address this issue, my visit was on July 22, 2023, at 11:35 AM. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere a 1. I can always count on Wild Bohnencafé for my coffee. It's consistently served at the perfect temperature and tastes amazing every time.
This place serves the best coffee, and it's always consistent. The atmosphere is enhanced by the presence of such wonderful people.
I had to wait in line for ten minutes to buy a sandwich while the two staff members behind the counter focused on making coffees. I was told twice that someone would be with me shortly, but after waiting without any progress, I decided to leave. It seemed like they had no intention of serving customers. Service: 1
