Sometimes the drink is too swee... read more The Asian woman working in the front should stay in the back, she’s not very friendly. Other than that, drinks are inconsistent. Sometimes the drink is too sweet, perfect or tastes like plain water/milk. Food is usually okay but sometimes the wings are undercooked or overcooked. Ordering online can be a hassle as well. Sometimes they forget to add boba, sauces or straws.

The food is not that bad, so it's still worth it. A little pricy, but it's totally fine.

The blo... read more I had a terrible experience at this restaurant today. I ordered a drink, only to have it taken by a child who put his open straw into it and took a sip. The blonde employee behind the counter then told the child it belonged to me, but instead of offering to remake it, she insisted that I just drink it, despite the health code violation. I plan to report this to the city. It was absolutely unacceptable, and when I asked for a new drink, the employee began to argue with me. I found the whole situation disgusting and appalling, and I will not be returning.
