Was Vik Scotty at Kfc a mag?
I ordered a bowl and found that the chicken was overcooked—really dry and hard. When I asked the manager to replace the popcorn chicken, she curtly replied that it would be the same because it comes pre-packaged. I ended up leaving the bowl on the counter since I couldn't eat it, and unfortunately, I didn't get a refund. I ended up sharing some of my husband’s fried chicken, which was actually quite good. What Mark Shaffer dislikes about Kfc:
I’ve had several frustrating experiences with this restaurant. They consistently get my order wrong—over five times now! I've received meals without any sauce, and I often have trouble understanding the staff. Overall, the service has been terrible. View all feedback.

Best KFC experience ever. I felt bad coming in about 10 minutes before close I was just off work myself, but that staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was great and the prices for the amount of food on these new boxes and buckets you can't compete with. Will definitely be back.
