Store was dirt, paper on the for straws on tables. I was disappointed as I have been in other Dunkin’s and they were very clean. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: $1–10 Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot

I felt sorry for the employees in the store just now. What appeared to be the manager, taller, skinny woman, was yelling at the employees telling them what her annoyances were and making it very clear to them certain ways of doing things were ?stupid?.This angry lady was extremely loud and vocal. Incredibly rude. Not to mention she didn?t acknowledge the customer because shewas too busy yelling at her staff. Highly unprofessional. That staff should get an apology from her.

I’ve had a frustrating experience every time I’ve ordered coffee or food from this location. My orders often arrive burnt or incorrectly filled. I really don’t understand why it’s so difficult for them to read online orders or listen to customers through the headset. Every time I’ve placed an order at this particular store, there has been some kind of mistake—either my coffee doesn’t taste right or an item is missing. It seems like there’s a need to improve staff training or attention to detail because it’s clear that the employees are not fully engaging with their responsibilities.
