During my first visit, I encountered an employee who wasn't very friendly when they asked what I wanted. However, it seems that the staff has changed since then, and every time I've returned, I've had a fantastic experience. The employees now seem genuinely happy to be there, and they are always helpful and efficient. Thank you for being exceptional! This has made me a loyal customer!

I ordered a salad did not recieve a... read more Arrived and was told in order to pay with card you have to order online. Did an online order it took 40 mins to get my food. I ordered a salad did not recieve any dressing, didn't recieve the veges and the sauce. When I bit into the chicken it was cold and under cooked. Some days the guacamole isn’t prepared correctly I’ve worked for and company) . The manager is very rude. I requested a lemon from a worker. She gave me lemon juice I asked could I have a fresh lemon? She told me that they cannot give them out without the manager’s approval. The worker then said the manager went to the site for straws however the manager popped up out of the kitchen The manager came and told me that they don’t have any lemons at all. I asked her do they not use lemons in their ingredients ? she told me then “Oh yes, we do have some”. she then told me after lying to me that she cannot give the lemons or lemon juice out. I showed her the lemon juice that was given to me and told her “oh you mean this lemon juice ”After she lied to me again she then said “oh we’re not supposed to give those out and that it’s for my safety so that the company won’t be held responsible if I get sick from their lemon “ she then walked away while I was trying to pay and left me standing there For 10 minutes with my food while the other worker was making other orders to go and then came back and allowed me to pay . she was very rude. I have never experienced this level of rudeness, especially from a store manager , in my life. Her behavior alone makes me never wanna go here again.
