The kids' meal was $9 for mac and cheese, and they charged extra for the side, even though it was supposed to be included. The Navajo taco was disappointing and tasted like it came straight out of jars. On a positive note, the service was friendly.
The carne asada fries were amazing. We both weren't that impressed with the flat bread though. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
Wait was long enough for us to order a coffee at the counter. Really great coffee. Sat in a comfy booth by the huge windows with view of the river. Staff was attentive and kind. They seem really organized and clean. Ordered the pork chop with mash and gravy. It was so hot and fresh. Really good! Only complaint was the broccoli was flavorless and just kinda there. My partner had the chicken fried chicken which was good but corn and potato wedges were average. Overall, I kinda wished this wasn’t a pit stop on a road trip bc I would definitely come back for that coffee.
Stopped here on our way back from arches national park to salt lake city for lunch and really enjoyed it. The location is very good right by the river and the staff is super friendly. We took the California chicken with a side of mashed potatoes (whichwas really good) and steamed broccoli. This chicken was good as well. We also took the green Chile chicken which was good aswell. Personally I preferred the green Chile chicken more. We also took the cinnamon roll which was bigger than I expected andalso pretty good. All in all it was a good experience.
This place is amazing. I ordered the fajita and Stephenie ordered the never a taco. Didn't have a hot taco is very fresh...I about half of it... I've also enjoyed the fajita a great deal. There were plenty of onions and green peppers with large chunksof chicken that had a great flavor. The salsa was unbelievable. It is one of my favorite restaurants salsas that I've tasted. They clearly go to a great deal of work for the salsa. It includes roasted peppers, chunky tomatoes and some cilantro amongother things. The pie is definitely worth eating. We had apple pie with a scoop of ice cream and the plate was emptied inmoments between the two of us. The service was spectacular. It seemed like it didn't matter what we asked, our server(Savannah) knew how to take care of it. Logistically, they seem to have a solid ability to provide service to a lot of people. They have tables for four and six throughout the restaurant. Everybody that arrives wants to be able to sit by the largepicture windows that look out towards the mesas over the green river. Get here early! We made it there a second time and Iordered a burrito and Stephenie ordered a steak fajita. The burrito was unbelievably good, but the steak fajita was probably alittle better. Both great meals. As always the food is amazing! I highly recommend this place.
