Domino's Pizza - Green River

If you say your open until midnight maybe stay open until that time. Placed an o line order by 11:40 pm. Received a call at almost 11:50 stating they just aren't going to make the order. Never specified why just told us they aren't. Not professional at all.

Literally went to place an order at 11:40 they close at midnight only for them to call and tell us they are not making our order and the money is refunded. No explanation as to why. Very unprofessional rude. Great way to loose customers.

I ordered a thing of chicken wings and pepperoni stuffed cheese bread I didn't get my food tell 2 hours later even though the app said 40 minutes and it was cold my delivery driver maked it as delivered before even reaching my house.

The lady was cool on phone when I first ordered but when my dinner arrived , the pizza was as dry as cardboard....it was like eating cardboard , I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR EXTRA SAUCE....AND I DIDN'T GET EXTRA SAUCE....the whole entire pizza's because we ordered 2 but both pizza's tasted as dry as a bone....WE ENDURED A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE !!! ??

We've ordered from this store for 4 years. For 3.5 of those years we ordered almost weekly and service was good. However, quality and service has tanked recently. Today was the first time in several months that we ordered from this store. We stopped because of a string of incorrect or poor quality orders. Tonight we received food that was slightly altered from the original order. I used a coupon on the Dominos app for a pasta bowl, but received a normal bowl. One of the drinks we ordered was replaced with a different drink. I understand that supplies vary between stores and run out, and in the past they would call us to verify any changes in the order. If they'd called us about either of these changes, this wouldn't have been a complaint, but they didn't. The quality of our food was not the best tonight either. The pizza wasn't cut all the way through at all and we had to finish their job for them. There was also a hair in my pasta. We probably won't be ordering from this store ever again.
