Very friendly, courteous, young men waited on me and I told them what a great job they were doing – what a difference that store was from the one on 122nd and W. Center where they take money at the cash register with gloves, and then walk right back over and stick their hands in the lettuce to make your sandwich. What Jean Vertus doesn't like about Subway:
These people are so racist. I was there this morning trying to get 2 sandwiches there are 2 employees there going back and forth, no one wanted to help me until I left.Today 03/30/2024 10:40 am.Zero star not even 1. View all feedback.
I ordered 4 sandwiches online and payed in full, only to find 20 minutes later upon pickup that nothing was made. Instead of assisting to resolve the matter I was told to re order and pay for my sandwiches again, and that my deal could not be honored. Will have to contact my bank and report the transaction fraudulent. The Subway app needs some work and definitely will think twice before I place another order. Jimmy John's might be a better choice, sincerely the consumer
The new girl Isabella making sandwiches is awesome I won't have anybody else make my sandwiches but
Had Natalie make my pizza and literally the best experience I’ve ever had at subway. She was so friendly, considerate and made my pizza perfect especially after a bad experience at a different subway. That lady needs a raise or higher position she’d be great in management.
My interaction at this particular subway was...off. the girl behind the counter clearly looked like she didn't want to be there. Now I totally get wanting to be anywhere but work but everytime a customer come in you could see her face change and even see her making visibile faces like frowning and eye rolling. It just made me feel like I was making her life harder by being there. The sandwich she made had all the meet stacked in one place that's including the bacon so it all didn't get toasted. Luckily the guy who put the toppings on adjusted it all. Later I got charged for the wrong, more expensive sandwich, but I didn't say anything. I just paid and left because I didn't want to keep bugging the girl behind the counter that clearly didn't want customersin that day. Would be 1 star but the guy who finished the sandwich was great. That young lady may have been having a bad day but I've never felt more unwelcomed at a place before.

If you ask them to put on fresh gloves, they reply with a threatening remark and glare that made my skin crawl, and the manager was standing right next to him. This store on West Maple is top notch and I will make the extra drive to go there from now on! Keep up the good work folks!
