Terrible customer service! Made my wife wait in their parking lot with our infant and 4 year old in the freezing cold for 15 minutes. Was an online order that was supposed to be for pick up through their drive through at 5:45 PM. At 5:43 PM he said it wasn't quite ready and to pull ahead and he would bring it out. After 15 minutes of waiting in the cold my wife had to get our daughters out of the car to go in and get the pizza herself only to find that it was sitting in the warmer! He didn't even apologize for not bringing it out.

Store is open, people are inside, it 's 530pm on a Friday, butttttttt you can 't order pizza for carry out or delivery from this location. They are closed .This location should be removed from Google Maps. Parking: None. This location is permanently closed.

The store often closes early and often delivers late. The last straw was our wings order that had an estimated delivery time of 1 hour 30 min. When we called to cancel, the store vm said they were closed. We got dinner elsewhere. Meanwhile, someone showed up with our wings over 2 hours after we ordered them. We have been trying to call to get a refund (our plan all along) but the store is either closed or noone answers
