Pitch Pizzeria West Omaha

Had reservations for a Friday evening which was great, it was a special occasion for my family. All the apps and entree's were great. Restaurant was relatively busy and noisy but it was fine, service was hit or miss. Felt like we were forgotten about at times. It took a long time to get drinks, food came out one by one, and dessert took about 30-45 mins to get. We had a good time but not sure when we'll be back.

Pitch is your one stop shop for the best Pizza, Wings, and other apps. Not only in Omaha but this place cranks out some of the best pizza we have had across the country. The Quality of the Food and Service is extremely high and after coming here well over 2 dozen times we have yet to have an experience less than amazing. They serve Brunch, Lunch, and Dinner and they exceed in all of them. Highly Recommend. This restaurant is on our Top 3 List of Favorite Restaurants! A

Burger ordered medium was raw and cold. Server was nice about it, but waited 20+ min to get another burger very well done. I never send food back and my wife was surprised. Nothing was offered in way of taking food off bill or anything to resolve excessive wait/raw food.

Good food not great. Sent salad back as I ordered a Cobb without tomato and was gven this salad. When it was given back to me told “you ordered salad xyz without artichokes.” My son even said to me “you ordered Cobb.” Never offered to remake it, take it off bill. Nothing. I finally just said I’ll eat it. Had to walk up and get our own water refills at the bar.

Buffalo Chicken salad not good. Chopped up mess. Server was rude in the upstairs. Crowded and noisy.
