A very fun place that accepts all people. Had an absolute blast last night. The bartender was amazing and took great care of me. Met some amazing people. Had amazing brisket nachos. Met new friends... I've been to places like this all around the country... This one is the best. Met some wonderful people in town from Texas. Just a great place. Second time here Amazing as well! I waited to do karaoke for 2 1/2 hours. After 90 min I asked how many songs it would be. The DJ told me 10 songs. 12 songs later I asked again and he said 10 songs. Then he said if I paid $20 I could skip the line. No thanks, I left. Be upfront if that is how it is. Why didn’t he tell me that the first time I asked? I understand trying to hustle, but it felt very unfair, and left me very dissatisfied. View all feedback.

Went for a wedding party. Absolutely heard nothing but good things. Drinks were okay. Bar was fun. Until I go to order a final drink and I go to pick it up and it is slippery and I spill it. So the waitress upstairs, who in generally never seemed to pay too much attention, so I get charged again for the same drink. I've been to bars. And am visiting from Chicago. And as hyped up as this bar was from the wedding party. It wad awful. Ok drinks. But too expensive. And staff upstairs was awful. Downstairs staff was okay, which is what gets it 3 starts.
Edit I had it saved in drafts so 3 weeks: a week ago on Tuesday, I was on vacation and I took my mother to the park and we went here to get a quick drink. After about 5 minutes or more of being there and not being greeted, I go up to the bartender talking with a group of people that seem to be his friends cuz he's laughing and joking around and has been the whole time. I wait for a pause in laughing raise my hand, get his attention and ask where the bathroom is: he makes direct eye contact with me, looks away and then starts laughing with his friends again.I'm not sure if he was jealous of my afro because that was the only difference between us. Later I related the experience to someone of color, whos a regular at the other one and they said they had the same problem with the same guy. I've had things like that happen before, im just mad it was infont of my mom
Turns out you have to pay the DJ if you want to sing karaoke. After 2/12 hours and being asked to pay $20 to cut the line, we left.
