I love this place so much! The Thai Salad with chicken is one of the best things I’ve ever had in my *entire life*. Friendly staff and great location too. Hoping Lincoln gets a location someday! View all feedback.
What Jeff Z doesn't like about Lettuce Express:
Worst customer service and experience! There is a gentleman with long hair. Does not seem interested in helping and mutters stuff. Would not toss the salad! They need to stay up the the competition or they will be out of business. View all feedback.
First time here, won't be the last. Excellent salad!! Big portion, had the Greek salad.Parking: Right at the front door
So far I have only tried the Mexican Street Corn salad, but it was delicious!! I could eat it every day. Highly recommend!
From KCMO and thought I would try this place. Unfortunately the menu item I chose was the Asian chicken lettuce wraps. The flavor is pretty good but as you can see it’s a sloppy mess with very little food. It has 2 fairly small pieces of lettuce that wilted when they added the “soup” I was given a fork but I definitely need a spoon if I decide to try and eat it. Disappointed is an understatement

I've been a LE customer since they first opened and usually been quite happy with their salads: fresh, cold, good portions, tasty and well made. But of late, they've been dropping the ball in ways that usually spell doom for most any business. The salads aren't what they used to be they still fill the bowl but the lettuce isn't as fresh, in fact most recently it was bitter, cucumbers were cut into small pieces and served at close to room temperature. As is common these days, prices have increased whereas the quality decreased. We were double charged for the meat portion, but didn't receive a double portion. Perhaps its a problem with new or inexperienced employees but whether that's the case or not, the experience and product standard is the stuff that typically drives customers in other directions. I really liked this place, and recommended it to any number of people. Sadly, I can't do that any more. Everything can't be blamed on supply chain problems, many times it boils down to a business being able to manage the numbers while still delivering their customers a superlative product: raising prices and reducing product won't foster loyalty in any business, especially restaurants. Please, fix it.
