This was my family and I's first time here. I made Easter brunch reservations for my husband and I. My daughter unexpectedly was able to join us. I called 20 minutes before our reservation and they were able to add her with no problem. We were promptly seated. Staff was helpful and friendly. Food was very good. Restaurant was clean and inviting. We will definitely be back! View all feedback.
What Globetrotter doesn't like about Jams Midtown:
No crab cakes on the menu. Don't order meat loaf as the meat used is strange to the taste buds. The gravy on top is awful and the saturated-by what? bread beneath it seems to be an unsavory calorie add-on. At least the waiter was great. View all feedback.
Parking: Many spots to park in yet its location in a business mall has other business taking up the majority of parking Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to access with a wheelchair
Their Tuna tacos....freaking yum...try them. The brushetta...also amazing. Vegetarian options: Their veg sandwhich (tower) is SO good! Dietary restrictions: If you talk to them...tell your server...they do their best to accommodate your preferences.
Food was ok but spotty. Some parts burnt to bitter. Request for runny eggs were hard. Hollandaise sauce barely on plate more like buttered bread. Potatoes lack luster and flavor. Parts of bisquets burnt other parts raw. All in all just ok. Service was very good with exception of serving a completely broken water glass's???
We had a group of 14 for Mother's Day. Everything was great, the service ,food(lots of choices),and they even turned off the TV for us.
We were in town for medical visits...and had to check it out...good food good service..all in all a place worth checking out.
