Best Bison Now Fresh N Delicious

Food was ok but missing item in takeout. We tried this place for the first time last weekend, ordered burgers and the shepherd pie. Pickup was easy, and order was ready at the time specified. However, when we got home, we realized one burger was missing.I called the restaurant and they took my info and offered to make it and deliver or refund the amount. I asked for the $9 refundsince the family was already eating and I didn't want anyone waiting for food. No refund has shown up on my card despite beingpromised. As for the food, it was fine: burgers were a little salty but people enjoyed it. The shepherds pie was the best ofthe bunch, a little pricey at $12. But if the business plan is takeout only, then these kinds of issues with missing items needto be resolved as promised. EDIT: Best bison reached out and took care of the refund and offered us a discount to return.Appreciate that they did this so quickly!

It was a really good burger. Super easy to order at a touch screen. I am most excited about going back and trying more of the menu. Maybe I will change my review to 5 stars. ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ????. Perfectly cooked. Toasted bun and super fresh toppings.????

I recently attended a corporate event catered by this restaurant, and everyone was impressed with the food. It arrived early and was served hot. The Mongolian Steak made with bison was especially delicious!

Not great. I ordered a double burger, and it felt like I was just getting two hockey pucks. The extras I paid for—lettuce, tomato, and onion—were missing. They don't accept cash, which is fine, but it makes me wonder if someone is pocketing the cash. Overall, the experience left me with a bad vibe. Thankfully, it's not as bad as Mili's in Palmetto, FL, but I wouldn't recommend this place.

Great alternative to beef! I created my own bowl and the cajun walnuts were amazing—they paired perfectly with the chipotle aioli sauce. My friend ordered the teriyaki chicken bowl and really enjoyed it; she said she’d definitely get it again. The only downside was the avocado, which was pretty brown and mushy by the time it arrived, but she just removed it.
