The cashier didn’t gr... read more I had a terrible experience with the staff at this restaurant. Both my girlfriend and I encountered rudeness during separate interactions. The cashier didn’t greet us at all and just stared until we asked if he was ready to take our order. When we received our food, we realized the onion rings were missing. When we asked the cook about it, he responded, “Yeah, that’s because I’m out of them. What else is wrong with your burger?!” I was taken aback by his dismissive attitude and didn’t even know how to respond. I understand that everyone can have an off day, but this kind of behavior seems to be a pattern. I regret spending my money here and won’t be returning, which is too bad because the burger itself was actually quite good.

Fries aren't included with either option, so I paid... read more I ordered a single 8oz cheeseburger from the menu, but I received an overcooked double cheeseburger instead. Fries aren't included with either option, so I paid an extra $4 to add them. Unfortunately, some of the fries were undercooked, and all of them were soggy and unappetizing. Honestly, this was one of the worst burgers I've had in this area.

There's n... read more The double cheeseburger at this place is my favorite in Omaha. I've had it at least five times, and it’s always fantastic. It’s remarkably consistent. There's nothing fancy about it, which makes it even more impressive how well it’s prepared each time. For years, J Coco was my go-to burger spot, but this place has taken the crown. The staff is great too. Their Arnold Palmer is also excellent. The fries are delicious, but honestly, they don’t even compare once you’ve had the burger. The burger is all you need. Amen.

McDonald’s does a better job serving burgers, bread is cold fries are old and they just heat them up and serve you and the drink that I got was basically a wate... read more McDonald’s does a better job serving burgers, bread is cold fries are old and they just heat them up and serve you and the drink that I got was basically a water but they called it a lemonade when I asked them to change it they said that it was sold and can’t be changed or replaced to other drinks! The drink that I got had a funny taste and didn’t like it so I didn’t drink it anyways.
