O'charley's Restaurant Bar - Green Hill

Not the best service and very slow. Placed an order online, they were out of multiple items I ordered. Instead of someone calling or sending an email to notify us, they waited until we showed up 30 minutes later to pick up the food then tell us they were out of several items so we then had to wait another 30 minutes for chicken tenders and fries to be cooked.

Terrible experience here last night. We ordered over $100 of food and the only thing even close to being good was the caramel pie. Chicken tenders WAY over cooked and were more like chicken jerkey. Potato soup was disgusting no bacon or cheese, just very undercooked potatoes and broth. Cheese wedges were barely cooked and the pasta was also old and gross. Needless to say we won't be ordering from them ever again!

Like one star is absolutely too much but we waited usual time for a Saturday night about 30 mins to be sat with 9 of us. I was impressed except they sat us in 2 booths. Anyways the server was friendly but she couldn’t remember to bring everything at the same time. So after about 20-30 mins of us ordering our drinks she came back and finally took our food order and brought our alcoholic drinks. So after a hour and a half of waiting on our food we finally got up found the manager and left bc we still did not have our food. So ok there was like 5-6 other tables there so not a full house. I do understand being short staffed bc I am a manager in food service but if your not able to accommodate full seating then close off half idk. But it was my wife’s first time there and definitely our last time!!!

Wanted to try it out. Have seen several of these places around. I was disappointed. Fish and chips were lousy, worst I've had. Cajun chicken pasta... yeah right. Sad attempt. Normally I would give places a second chance. Not this time. Will not go back, ever. Suggest that no one else does either.

Food is mediocre at best. O'Charley's has been going downhill. They used to be so good, but now they're not good.Loaded Potato Soup was a huge disappointment. What happened to the original recipe? Why did they change it? They shouldn't have changed it.
