Mcdonald's - Green Hill

I always choose to order via curbside as I have an infant and it’s not easy to get her out of the car. Mind you it was raining this day. I ordered a tea, waited 15 minutes after the app said my order was on the way. Not a soul came out with my order. I pulled around the front and got my infant out in the rain and walk inside to find my tea sitting on the counter. When questioned, the manager told me “they are not allowed to bring orders out in the rain”.I called the corporate number, who let me say was absolutely amazing and VERY respectful.. she said that there was no such policy and she has never heard it. This location has sadly gone downhill over the years and all the workers do is goof around, laugh, and talk amongst eachother, while they ignore their customers in the drive through.

This used to be the good McDonald 's—that is, they would not screw up your order and would always be kind. Everything has gotten so bad in the last year. We were unable to read the menu when we pulled up tonight, and the man taking our order was hurried and brief.

We went through the drive thru. First the young lady didn't ask to tale our order. We had to say hello a few times. Ordered our food. Two Canadian bacon meals with cheese with large fantas. Pulled forwarded to receive our order and only got two sandwhiches. Aaked where is the rest of the food. They dont evwn understand english. My husband said screw it and pulled off. Never will we go back there.

Same Ole same Ole. Heck what do you expect, there on every corner, every off ramp across the country.

The employees here are so friendly, the food is always fresh and hot, and service is fast. :
