Haagen-dazs - Green Hill

I decided to try the new peppermint bark milkshake. The girl that took my order already had an attitude. After my husband paid I waited to get my milk shake. The girl finished and slammed the drink and straw on the counter and walked off. I looked at my milk shake and it was very watery, like not enough ice cream was put in or way too much milk was added. I took a sip and realized I was drinking straight milk with peppermint flavoring. The girl that made my drink had already went to the back and I was not going to wait we left and I threw the shake away. Very disappointing.

Was a very hot day in Mt Juliet and so decided to have ice cream. But timing was not right when we walked in. One freezer broke and so there were only 4 or 5 ice cream/sherbet to choose from. My favorite coffee ice cream was not one of them. Strawberry then. Was nice of the server to allow us to eat the pastries we got next door. Thanks ladies!

The ice cream is great. My 3 star review is more based on the service. The lady behind the counter was coughing over everything. When it came to my time instead of getting an ice cream cone like I wanted, I got a shake instead. I figured it had the least chance of coming with a side of Covid.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The store was very clean.

Best ice cream experience in a long time all in a cute ice cream shop!!!
