Dunkin' - Green Hill

I went to this dunkin a few days ago and ordered a medium iced caramel latte with 1 pump vanilla bean and an order of bagel bites i received a black iced coffee with caramel and the vanilla bean (not a latte) and i also received my bagel bites one was slightly warm and the other was cold? i paid around 8 dollars for 5 dollors worth of things and i was trying to cut the employees some slack but i couldnt even bring myself to finish the coffee i paid for; now i understand i could have walked in and asked them to remake my drink but i was in a time crunch and i really didnt have the time or energy for that. i love dunkin but i was really dissatisfied and disappointed after that trip to dunkin

Slow service, Cold chicken, no biscuits, incorrect coffee order. Nice people, but terrible service. Go out of your way to stop at a different location. This place is cooked.

I wanted to say the people are nice but I’ve had two orders and they have both been terrible. The last time I ordered they didn’t have any donuts I ordered and they gave me crusty dried up ones. Today I ordered again and I got the donut holes jelly filled and chocolate. There was no jelly in the middle except for

Very disappointed. Past 2 times I’ve order the black pepper bacon you guys don’t give me the right bacon and only 1 piece broke in half. I’ve bought from this location for maybe 10 years or so… you won’t get anymore of my money… everything cost more but you wanna give less… whatever man
