Baskin-robbins - Green Hill

Went to this location on 2/18/24 7:10p the young lady with blonde hair was very rude!!! I’m not sure what happened before I arrived but her customer service was sooo awful! I will be contacting your corporate office!

I know pies aren't going to look exactly like the picture but.... my pie wasnt even round. And it was so sloppy. I could have made this myself for less than 25 dollars. I didn't complain to the kids behind the counter because I know they didn't make it. This place needs some quality control! Do not order a cake or pie from this location! So disappointed.

Typical Baskin Robbins offerings. Workers were very nice and helpful as they aren't carrying my favorite flavor anymore. Also, they don't have 31 flavors anymore, kinda skim pickings compared to the BR of the past but still some of the best ice cream ever! World Class Chocolate is still one of the GOATs!!!

My pre ordered pie looked terrible! I ordered it 48 hrs in advance so I'm not sure why the manager would OK this to serve for 25 dollars?

Delicious ice cream and amazing customer service. The staff was so friendly when we visited tonight!
