I got rude service in the drive thur asked for something very specific was told that she was just gonna do this drink instead and when I put in my extras was asked do I really want that I?ve had this drink before and the one I got from this Starbucks taste nothing like it more like water and I paid for a venti and only filled the cup mid way so not worth 8 dollars View all feedback.

Is this even a Starbucks? Ordered a grande black English breakfast tea, they rung it up as such, received a tea latte. This is an order I make probably 4-5 times a week. Told them the drink wasn't right, all I wanted was 2 tea bags in a grande cup. She told me they can't make plain hot tea. Huuuuuuhhh? If you can't do that, I'm not even sure you rate as a Starbucks.

Great Service and attentive to details!! The sweets and sandwiches are Great!!! Enjoy some coffee or a Frappuccino with them!!!
