I've eaten here my whole life, and the food is always fantastic. I know that many businesses in the USA struggle to find staff, so I try to be understanding when the wait times are a bit longer or there are minor hiccups. Regardless, the food is consistently excellent, and the atmosphere in the restaurant is a solid 10. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Schlotzsky's:
Two of my sandwiches were done and just sat there while I waited. Eventually, they finished their conversation, but instead of attending to my order, they continued to chat while preparing the fourth sandwich. To top it off, they put the wrong meat on that sandwich and didn't even mention it to me after discussing it amongst themselves. I definitely won’t be coming back! View all feedback.
