Pablo's Mexican - Green Bay

Several visits to Pablo's. Always fresh salads, fresh guacamole, great burritos, chimichangas and tacos. Tequila selection meets the spectrum. Margaritas are better custom then the house Rita's that are still good. Very good Mexican food on Green Bays Far Eastern.

Pablo's a little hidden from the street. Beautiful, bright decor and pleasant music. Full service bar. So glad we found our new favorite for Mexican food! Warm, fresh, thick tortilla chips and mixed house made salsa was a treat. Chicken fajitas were great as well as this super humongous Burrito my husband ordered in bacon packed. Not for the easy... that's safe!

Only one waitress that day not sure I'd there are anymore, service was poor and worst of all food was cold, waitress blamed the condiments in the burrito like tomato and sourcream making it cold but the melting cheese on top of the burrito was cold like it was seating out for a while before it was brought to out table. Thought it be a authentic Mexican restaurant but it wasn't.

The lady probably the owner I have no idea) is really rude. We’re the only ones here and all I hear is microwaves… it just opened I shouldn’t be hearing microwave doors. doors were still locked at 11 my 4 yr, myself, and fiancé were out in the cold.

Terrible management! Disgusting food that gave us diarrhea and dirty tables. If you want the most unauthentic spoiled “mexican” food visit Pablos! Sat down to a dirty table.When ordering our food we were served a basket with tortilla chips and a small cup of salsa a plastic condiment cup to be exact. She took our drink order and then asked if we needed a couple minutes to look at the menu. We looked at the menu and we were ready to order within a few minutes and she did not come back for almost 15 to 20 minutes to take her order. I ordered the Carne Asada. That is not what I received. They brought me out a top round steak full of fat with raw warmed up onion on top. I took one bite and could tell the meat was spoiled. I then took a bite of my rice and it was too salty to eat. My daughters fries were cold but burger was tasty. My mother ordered the fajitas and the chicken had a vinegar taste to it but she ate because she was hungry. When the waitress came back she asked if everything was ok. I stated my complaints but was never rude. I just wasn’t pleased with the food and wanted it sent back. The waitress apologized and said she would get her manager. The manager came huffing over clearly upset she stated that I would have to pay for a meal I didn’t eat and that I’m the only one complaining. Basically her attitude was that I was the problem. From there it turned into a screaming match. The level of unprofessionalism from wait staff to management is alarming. Then to top it off ten minutes into the car ride home my mother had to stop to use the restroom. She has now had diarrhea so bad that she has to stay close to the bathroom. They should be shut down!
