It was my first time ever at Noodles. My daughter and her friend had eaten there before and said how much they liked the food. My dish was good and I will definitely be going back when I'm in Green Bay.
I just wanted to share how amazing our experience was today. Richard went the extra mile and we were pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious, but what really stood out was their exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this restaurant!
This was my first time visiting this restaurant. The waitress who took my order was very friendly and helpful, she explained the menu items to me. I ordered the Penne Scampi Shrimp, the Orange Chicken, and a side of buttered noodles. When I took the food home, it was still hot when I shared it with my friend. I now have a new favorite place to eat! I noticed on their app that they advertise "No tipping", but there was an option to leave a tip when I checked out. I didn't have a problem with this, as I believe the hard-working staff deserve a tip. Many places that offer carry-out orders now have a tip section when you pay with a card, so it's important to let the employees have their tips.
Last week, we placed a takeout order and unfortunately, my salad bowl was missing the chicken that I had specifically requested. Despite checking off the box for chicken on the receipt, the item was completely left out. When we called the restaurant to inform them of the error, they promised to send something to make up for the mistake. Today, we received a mail from them, only to find an empty envelope inside. It is disappointing that they failed to rectify their mistake a second time.
