I got homewrecker Burrito with Tofu. It was delicious! The staff was helpful and nice Unfortunately, after I started forming a line there behind me, and the workers forget to put my side of queso in my chip pocket. Is there anything I can pick up some at my next visit to the one I lost? View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Moe's Southwest Grill:
I have a burrito dish and the rice was hard like a rock. It really ruined the meal. I'd give 1 and 1/2 stars if possible. The bowl would be a good product if the rice were cooked. But as it was, I threw half of it out. View all feedback.
John is the best, he helped me a lot. I was having issues with an outside app on ordering queso. Which the queso is so good here that was I sad in the beginning. I called the store and John answered and went above and beyond on helping me. Great customerservice and great food.
We have been to this Moe?s before on Oneida St in Green Bay and it was always good. Today we ate lunch there and got no greeting when we walked in. We stood there for a solid couple minutes while they were putting together pick up orders and no one evenacknowledged us. The worker walked up and said what do you want? I?m not joking! Very rude. He acted as if I was bothering himto make a burrito which is his job. The guacamole had huge chunks of cilantro leaves and had absolutely no spice or flavor. Ipaid for a cup and he filled it up about halfway. Chips stale and over salted. Salsa and soda area dirty. Floors filthy. We willnot be back unless they do a complete revamp
Welcome To Moe 's Well that 's what they used to yell when we 1st walked in the door. That welcome has gradually died down, which is unfortunate. That welcoming chant was what kept us going back at 1st. Don 't get me wrong, the food is good we lookedforward to it every year when Packers Family Night rolls around, as Moe 's for lunch has been included to our annual tradition inGreen Bay. But the lack of friendliness from the moment we walk in, to the moment we leave, has been having us reconsider goingsomewhere else. The food made made is still good for the most part. The chips however, have been very stale the last 2 times wedined there.
