What Matt Bablitch doesn't like about Los Magueyes:
Complete waste of money. Hands down the worst food experience I have had in years. Chimichanga was limp, not fried. What appeared to be a piece of processed cheese was melted on type. Likely microwaved to (partially) melt it. Carne Asada street tacos were completely bland. Carne Asada burrito was just a flour tortilla with un-seasoned meat, nothing else. Very clean. Friendly staff. Very affordable prices and good food
Best Mexican restaurant I've been to in a long time! Great service and even better food. The super burrito is amazing!
Update. 6/24: went for Father's Day dinner. It was suggested I get a Tres something burrito. It was very good. It was actually the best burrito I have ever had. My wife loves the tamales. The mango margaritas are a favorite. Food was average. Server did not know English very well.
Always has been a favorite of mine and just came back today. The carne asada is to die for. Good steak! Love talking to the staff. ?
Fantastic meal, fantastic drinks. Atmosphere was lovely and the staff were welcoming. 10/10, will definitely dine here again next time I am in town.
